AI Agents & Automation: agents that do the busywork

AI agents and automation are worth a look when skilled people spend their days on repetitive work: answering the same questions, compiling the same reports, chasing the same updates.

Problem

That work has to get done, but it does not need your best people doing it by hand.

What we do

We build AI agents that run parts of your processes: customer support, reports and alerts. They work through the channels your team already uses, such as Telegram, WhatsApp or voice. For larger setups we build multi-agent orchestration, where department agents hand work to each other and a person reviews the steps that matter.

How it works

  1. Pick the process

We choose one repetitive process worth automating and write down how it works today.

  2. Design the agent and its limits

We decide what the agent may do alone, what needs a person's approval, and when it should hand off to a human.

  3. Build and connect

We build the agent, connect it to your tools and channels, and set the alerts.

  4. Run with review

The agent starts with a person checking its work. As it proves reliable on your own tasks, you decide how much review to keep.

What you get

  • One or more AI agents built for your processes
  • Support, reporting and alert workflows
  • Channels that fit your team: Telegram, WhatsApp or voice
  • Multi-agent setups where department agents hand work to each other, with human review
  • Clear rules on what the agents can and cannot do
  • Documentation and a walkthrough for your team

Demo

The animated mockup on this page shows a sample chat: a team member sends a request, one agent prepares a draft answer, a second department agent adds information, and the result waits for a person to approve before it is sent. It is labeled «Illustrative demo» and uses made-up messages only.

FAQ

Does the agent act without anyone checking?

Only where you decide it can. Tasks with real consequences go through human approval.

Can customers talk to the agent directly?

Yes, over the channels we set up. The agent follows the rules you define and passes anything it cannot handle to a person.

What are multi-agent setups?

Instead of one agent doing everything, each department gets its own agent. They hand work to each other, for example from support to billing, and a person reviews the handoffs that matter.

Will this replace my staff?

No. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team so people can spend their time on the work that needs judgment.
