Accessibility Statement
Brightoar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our goal
We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we work toward; we do not claim that the Site currently meets it in full.
Measures we take
We design the Site with the following in mind:
- Semantic HTML, so that headings, landmarks, lists, and forms are exposed correctly to assistive technology.
- Keyboard navigation, so that interactive elements can be reached and used without a mouse.
- Visible focus, so that keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
- Color contrast chosen to aim for sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Text alternatives, with alternative text for meaningful images and visuals.
- Reduced motion, respecting the user's operating system setting to limit animation.
Known limitations
- We are still auditing the Site, and some parts may not yet meet our accessibility goal.
- Some decorative animations are visual only. Where an animation conveys information, we provide an equivalent in text.
- Some demos or visuals may be AI-generated or AI-assisted, and their alternative text may be less detailed than we would like. We are working to improve this.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you run into a barrier on the Site, or need information in a different format, please tell us:
- Email: hello@brightoar.com
- Please include the page address (URL), a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it.
We aim to respond within 5 business days and to work with you on a reasonable solution.
Updates to this statement
We will review and update this statement as we audit and improve the Site.
