How we work

How we work

How Brightoar works with you in five phases: Discovery, Prototype, Pilot, Production and Support, with people approving the work that matters.

Our process in five phases

Every project follows the same path, so you always know where you are and what comes next. Timelines and scope are agreed on the first call.

  1. Discovery

We learn how your business works, what slows it down, and where AI could actually help. We also agree on what success looks like and what is out of scope.

  2. Prototype

We build a small working version so you can see and test the idea early, before committing to the full build.

  3. Pilot

The prototype is tried on real work with a small group of your people. We watch how it performs and adjust it with their feedback.

  4. Production

Once the pilot is working, we roll it out more widely, connect it to your tools, and set up the access and monitoring it needs.

  5. Support

After launch we stay available to fix problems, tune the results and adapt the work as your needs change.

Human in the loop

AI assists, and people decide. In every project we define which actions the AI may take alone and which need a person's approval first. Anything that is published, sent to customers or changes your business can wait for your yes. You can tighten or loosen those rules over time as you gain confidence in the results.

Security & data

  • Your data is not used to train models. The data you share with us is not used to train AI models.

  • Private and local options. When information must stay in-house, we can run AI on your own servers or devices. See Private & Local AI.

  • Minimum access. We ask only for the access the work needs, and we set it up so people and systems see only what they should.

FAQ

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. Timelines and scope are agreed on the first call.

Do I have to commit to all five phases?

No. Many projects begin with Discovery and a Prototype, and you decide at each step whether to continue.

Who is involved on our side?

Usually one person who knows the process we are improving, and someone who can approve decisions. We keep the time we ask of your team to a minimum.
